Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new drinkware! Because we offer both pre-made designs and fully customized items, our policy depends on the specific type of product you purchased.

1. Pre-Made Drinkware (Standard Designs) We have a 14-day return policy for our standard, pre-made items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at senojbaazar@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders Because custom mugs and tumblers are made specifically for you, all custom sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized orders once production has begun.

Damages and Shipping Issues (All Orders) Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives broken, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us verify the issue and file a claim with the shipping carrier, please email senojbaazar@gmail.com with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box it arrived in

Once verified, we will gladly ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our custom products (special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch at senojbaazar@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the pre-made item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is a standard, non-customized product. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
