JanaèM — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with JanaèM! We are excited to get your new drinkware safely into your hands. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order is prepared and delivered.

1. Processing Times (How long it takes to create your order)

Please note that Processing Time (the time we need to prepare or create your item) is completely separate from Transit Time (the time the shipping carrier takes to deliver it to your door).

  • 📦 Pre-Made Drinkware: Standard, non-customized designs are processed and dropped off at the carrier within 2 to 3 business days of your order.

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Because our custom mugs and tumblers are handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for production before your item ships.

Note: We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all of our packages securely to ensure your drinkware arrives in perfect condition. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or high-volume seasonal peaks are outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your order is packed and labeled, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking page to activate and show updates.

4. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories. We do ship to standard P.O. Boxes; however, please ensure a secure delivery location is provided, as JanaèM is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed carrier delivery.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Broken Items

We take immense pride in wrapping and protecting our glassware and mugs. However, if your order arrives broken or damaged due to rough transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Per our Return & Refund Policy, please email senojbaazar@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the broken item and the shipping box so we can immediately verify the issue and issue a carrier claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. JanaèM is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.
